November 1 – November 23
Head to the Historic Savannah Theatre for a high-energy two hour variety show that features everything from “Pop” to “Broadway” and “Motown” to “Rock and Roll.” It features a great live band and eight singers. Savannah Live is rated as a No. 1 attraction on TripAdvisor.com.
19th Annual Telfair Art Fair
The fair will be held right in the heart of historic downtown Savannah. It attracts thousands of high-end art collectors, tourists, area residents and families. It’s open to artists displaying and selling works in various disciplines. About 120 artists will be selected for the 19th annual Telfair Art Fair and $10,000 in prizes will be awarded!
Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series
Saturday is Race Day in Savannah. The Marathon Wave Start, 1/2 Marathon Start and 1/2 Marathon Relay Wave Start are all set for 7 a.m. The start line is at Bay Street and Bull Street and the finish line is at Forsyth Park. It’s a scenic course that highlights Savannah’s famous sites. There will be live, local bands along the course, in addition to spirited cheer squads. Participants will receive free admission to the Finish Line Festival, Post Race Concert and the 2-day Health and Fitness Expo. Click here to register.
Savannah Food and Wine Festival
November 11 – November 17
This week-long celebration of wine and food is set amongst the towering Spanish moss draped oak trees. The festival kicks off on Monday, November 11 with a “Farm to Table” wine dinner, and dinners continue at select restaurants throughout the week. Tickets to “Learning Experiences” at the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center are being sold separately. It’s a great way to fully experience all of the learning opportunities.
River Street Wine Stroll
On Friday as part of the Savannah Food and Wine Festival, you can stroll Rousakis Plaza on River Street and take part in wine and spirit tastings. It’s a casual atmosphere setting with the Savannah River as the ultimate backdrop.
Taste of Savannah
One of the most anticipated events of the Savannah Food and Wine Festival is Taste of Savannah. From noon to 4 p.m. on Ellis Square, there will be wine and spirits booths with free tastings, a Celebrity Chef Kitchen, Cookbook Authors, Big Green Egg Grilling Gurus, an artisan market, culinary court, and more. Stick around for the Waiter’s Race and Bartending Challenge!
25th Annual Christmas Made in the South!
November 22 – November 24
Here you’re destined to find a gift for that “hard to shop for” friend. This nationally acclaimed event is a great way to ease into the holiday shopping season. One admission is good for all three days with a hand stamp!
